Orillia Sports Medicine would like to invite Orillia coaches and trainers to attend our FREE Hockey Trainers' workshop. It will be held on Sunday, August 26th, from 9 am – 12 pm, at our Sports Medicine Clinic in the West Ridge Mall (3285 Monarch Drive, Unit A3).

This FREE workshop will cover:

✅ Documenting injuries, insurance coverage

✅ Developing a dynamic warm-up

✅ Nutrition tips for your players

✅ Taping skills for the wrist, thumb and AC joint
