Working with professional athletes

The OSM team was happy to welcome to our facility, Adrian Vilaca and Sylvie Tetrault, for a talk about working with professional athletes at Gary Roberts: high performance training. Not only are they both knowledgeable strength coaches, but Adrian is also a professional Featherweight MMA Fighter, and Sylvie is well versed in her work in Sports Nutrition. We enjoyed having them chat with our Strength & Conditioning coaches and practitioners all about training and treating professional athletes. Thank you both for sharing your experiences with us!
