FREE WOMEN'S SELF DEFENCE CLASS

Resolve Martial Arts, in collaboration with Orillia Sports Medicine, is excited to host a FREE Women’s self defence class on Sat. Apr. 4th, from 5-6pm, to raise funds for Green Haven Women’s Shelter. ⁣⁣This session will be hosted at OSM at 3285 Monarch Drive by Martial Arts Instructors, Josh Dicks and Meghan Cook, both of who are also law enforcement officers. ⁣⁣
