We were excited to have The Northern Elite Lacrosse girls, aged 9-12, join us at Orillia Sports Medicine for an evening of learning and fun! ⁣

⁣While this provided a great team building opportunity, we were also able to teach the girls about proper mobility, balance, flexibility, multi-directional movements and improving strength/power, all of which will help with injury prevention during their season. ⁣Hope to see you again soon! 😀⁣⁣
