Orillia Sports Medicine would like to welcome Strength & Conditioning Coach, Mike McConnell! Mike has been involved with CrossFit for the last decade as a gym owner and head coach. He has coached at all levels, from weekend warriors to amateur and elite athletes in both rehabilitation and performance settings.

Mike is one of only 40 coaches in Canada to hold a CF Level 3 Credential. He also brings to Orillia Sports Medicine an expertise in gymnastics training, mobility, kettlebell training, strongman training and Kids’ training holding certifications in the following:
