Braydon Hickey, CFSC

Rehabilitation and Movement Therapist

Braydon earned his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Coaching from the University of Mount Olive in North Carolina. During his time there, he competed for five years on the nationally ranked men’s lacrosse team while attending on scholarship, earning All-Conference honors as a player.

Following university, Braydon became certified as a Performance Enhancement Specialist and a Corrective Exercise Specialist. He is currently working toward obtaining the NSCA-CSCS credential.

In the weight room, Braydon focuses on educating individuals not just on what to do, but why they’re doing emphasizing structure, purpose, and long-term development in every session.

Outside of Sports medicine I am still competing in lacrosse in the Ontario series as well as helping coach the local Orillia Kings Jr b team and help out with the Minor Lacrosse program as well.
