Following her undergraduate studies, Alex graduated with honors from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto, ON, earning her Doctor of Chiropractic degree. Her background as a national-level powerlifting and dragon boat athlete, combined with her experience in personal training, powerlifting coaching, and strength and conditioning, enriches her practice with a deep understanding of both performance and rehabilitation.

She continuously advances her expertise through ongoing education in biomechanics, pain science, and barbell sports.

Central to Alex’s approach is her commitment to individualized patient education and empowerment. She is dedicated to helping her clients understand their bodies and become active participants in their health journey. Her goal is to enhance your health and performance while supporting your return to the activities you love.

Outside of her professional work, Alex is an avid powerlifter, competing at provincial and national levels. In her free time, she enjoys creating healthy recipes, painting, and paddling on the water.

Alex is thrilled to join the Orillia Sports Medicine team and looks forward to contributing to the Active Rehabilitation Centre and the clinic.
