Rehabilitation and Movement Therapist

As a strength and conditioning coach, I am truly dedicated to empowering individuals through the transformative power of strength training. My love for fitness traces back to my athletic upbringing, engaging in various sports during my formative years. This passion drove me to pursue track & field with the University of Lethbridge and later Rugby at the University of Western Ontario at the varsity level.

Though my varsity career has concluded, my commitment to athleticism persists as I continue to compete in powerlifting and bodybuilding events as an athlete.

Having completed my undergraduate studies in Kinesiology at the University of Western Ontario, my passion for strength and conditioning only intensified. During this time, I had the privilege of interning for two years with Total Package Hockey, a renowned strength and conditioning program. Here, I honed my coaching skills and provided unwavering support to young athletes aiming to elevate their sports performance.

To expand my expertise as a fitness professional, I decided to pursue personal training after completing my undergraduate studies. Over the course of two fulfilling years, I had the opportunity to work with a diverse array of individuals, from high-level competitive athletes to those seeking to enhance their overall well-being and quality of life. Embracing the belief that movement is medicine, I am genuinely enthusiastic about assisting everyone in achieving their utmost potential and performance.
