Sarah Byrne, RMT
Sarah graduated with honours from the College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 1999.She has been an RMT for 20+ years. Her interest in the human anatomy and enhancing the quality-of-life led to her interest in becoming a massage therapist.Sarah treats a wide variety of conditions ranging from acute/chronic pain, sports injuries and rehabilitation, pain management, pregnancy and general relaxation. She has worked in both spa and clinic/multidisciplinary settings where she has seen diverse clientele with many aliments, injuries and treatment goals.Sarah is trained in Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Relaxation Massage, Trigger Point, Cupping and Hot Stone Massage.
Sarah is a firm believer that stress can disrupt the normal state of the body and she believes that massage therapy and other approaches including physiotherapy, chiropractic, osteopathic, naturopathic, exercise and relaxation are safe and effective techniques to help restore balance which allows our body to heal itself and work effectively. She tailors the massage sessions based on the client's needs with the intention of promoting health and wellness.
Sarah loves to travel and is a huge sports fan. She especially enjoys watching hockey, football and soccer. She also loves adrenaline and in her spare timeis usually out riding her motorcycle, dirt bike, sea-doo or sled.
